We booked 5 nights. The first night checked in to a small narrow room, tight for 3 pax with luggage. Photos refer to the 1st night small room. Travel with family should take note select larger room. Next day we paid to hotel for upgrade to a corner room. This other room size is more comfortable 1 double with single bunk bed. It has bathtub, shower and separate toilet room. Otherwise clean and 7 mins from JR station. Reception is kiosk check in. 2 types of free flow tea and coffee at lobby. Welcomed! Hotel daily cleaning if requested or towels daily change. Small fridge.

Lovely aroma of lavender greeted us when we checked into our room. Bathroom was fairly spacious for Japanese hotel standards. Toiletries were good, shampoo was not too dry and my hair welcomed the fact that conditioner was provided. It was a nice touch for the hotel to provide welcome drinks to guests - we enjoyed the peach tea and detox water after a long day of travelling.

Modern, very comfortable hotel. Great location, about 6 min walk from Hakata station. Heaps of local food and drinks around. Has self serve check in, a welcome drink (which was some kind of iced tea, or fruit water) which was a nice touch. We liked the room a lot. Not much of a view, but a gorgeous floor to ceiling window and beautiful curtain finishes. The bathroom set is unique compared to any other Japan hotel I’ve stayed at. The bathroom sink is in the room next to th desk, almost like a kitchen bench. Made drinking water a bit more accessible

Quiet neighbourhood lots of izakayas nearby, ramen joints and a supermarket. Thank you for granting my request and giving me a quiet room. Was able to rest well during my stay. Most hotels in the same level offer only double beds, this had a queen bed which was great and comfortable.

I really liked everything!!! Although the rooms are very small, I really enjoyed staying here. The beds are very comfy. They provide you with all the amenities you might need (not only in your room - shampoo, body wash, hair dryer, kettle, tea, cups, towels) but also in the reception there's a small corner with many things you might need (tea, face towels, mouthwash, combs, lotion,etc etc). The breakfast was amazing! They offer Japanese breakfast (rice, natto,etc) as well as a more "westernised" one ( bread, cheese, jam, ham, etc). The shower is super cool and the water pressure felt amazing after a long day walking around. I will definitely stay here again. I recommend it!!!
